Special Note:
Child Care and Private School spreadsheet lists can be compiled for any city or
town in the United States (subject to information availability), but the Child
Care and Private School Directories are currently only available for the
metropolitan areas of Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco & San
Jose, Seattle, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas & Fort Worth, Las Vegas, Miami, and
Washington DC and Baltimore. Purchasers of the spreadsheet lists are eligible
for a free copy of the publications for other areas if/as they become
available. The goal of ParentLink Info Services is to
have all major metropolitan areas online, and print publications available,
within the next 2-3 years.
Standard Spreadsheet lists are now available, priced at 10 cents per school or child care
center/home listed. All standard child
care lists include name, address*, phone, and, when available, ages, hours,
email address, web site address, and director. School lists substitute grades for ages, and the availability of
before/after school care rather than hours. *A few child care homes will not
publicize street address. Note:
Preparation time may be required for spreadsheet lists in some instances.
Customers/Prospective customers will be notified in those cases.
Spreadsheet orders can be customized by geography (specific towns
and/or zip codes), for specific ages or hours, or limited to those facilities
with email and/or website address. To receive a price quote for a customized

individuals who inquire will receive $10 off their first order (order must be
for at least $10). This will be in the form of a refund (full or partial,
depending on the amount of the payment) through PayPal once order is paid. Note to prospective customer: Your

all items of information are obtained from center or 3rd party websites and
deemed accurate, but not guaranteed. No
refunds will be issued for inaccuracies of which we are notified, but,
depending on circumstances, a revised spreadsheet may be provided at no extra
charge.
Note: For
mailing labels (Word format), the price quote provided is based on the amount
of time needed (at a rate of $20/hour) to compile the labels. For EXCEL
spreadsheet(s) or Word tables with standard headings, the cost is 10 cents
times the number of schools or centers (e.g. $20 for 200 schools or centers).
Customization (additional fields, or other requests) would be quoted at an
hourly rate or other agreed on basis, reflecting estimated time to gather and
compile that information into the spreadsheet or table.
