Notice - Mailing Policy: Booklets are mailed, generally by first-class mail, generally within 24-48 hours of receiving an order, through the Postal Service (correct postage is figured and envelopes are mailed at the nearest mailbox). ParentLink does not routinely track items mailed, due to the expense involved (but can send your order certified, return-receipt requested, at your expense, $3.00 extra). We can email anyone who provides an email address with the date the order was mailed, and put in a tracking request if your order doesn't arrive within 5-7 days from when it was sent, or as per post office policy (upon notification from the customer). If your order doesn't arrive within 14 days of the tracking request, a replacement will be mailed. We ask any purchasers through PayPal to allow this process before making a chargeback due to non-receipt of materials ordered.
