Trinity Lutheran Preschool has been serving young children and their families for over 35 years, since September of 1974. In March, 2006 we were listed in the "Best of the West" Private Schools section of Midwest Living Magazine. We are pleased to serve families new to Trinity, and are blessed to serve the children of some of our former students! Trinity is a Christian Center that offers an excellent education within a loving environment. Session choices include 2 or 3 AM/PM classes for threes, and 2, 3, AM/PM classes for fours or PM 4 day for JK (balanced, Pre-K, and Jr. K curriculums). Our stable, experienced staff members each hold a minimum of a four year BA degree; some hold specialized and/or Masters degrees as well. Our stable staff's average time at our Center is 15 years; each is trained in First aid and CPR, and each completes a minimum of 16 hours of professional in-service credit annually. Our secured Center has an office, three classrooms, a playground and a full-sized gym. A typical day includes large group, small group, and individualized activities that allow us to cover the curriculum each week. Children learn at their own pace, with hands-on participation, within a motivational environment. In addition to our session offerings, there are skill building classes for 4s, parent-child classes for 3s, fellowship events (pizza, ice cream), Family Christmas program, two Parent-teacher conferences (November and April), and a Home Visit prior to the first day of school for each newly enrolling child.
