Shining Star Learning Center offers child-care, preschool, and summer camp programs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. All teachers have bachelor's degrees and the center is fully licensed by DCFS. Our facility includes classrooms, a kitchen, sheltered play area, lunch area, and an outdoor playground and climbing equipment. The curriculum includes art, music, reading & math readiness activities, science & nature study, creative movement, stories, field trips, dance, and gym weekly. Musical instruments, learning centers, housekeeping props, children’s books, and a variety of other materials enhance the curriculum. Hot lunch and 2 snacks are served daily. Tuition ranges from $210-$285 for full-time care, according to your child's age. Please call or visit the center for more information.
