Downers Grove Adventist
School offers a Christian-based education for children from Pre-Kindergarten
through grade 8. The curriculum, which includes math, science, language arts,
social studies, art, music, gym, keyboarding/computer, and bible, is enhanced with classroom electronic
whiteboards, and field trips; and supported by facilities that include a
library, a computer lab, and an outdoor
playground. The school operates Day Star Preschool, open daily from 6:30 AM
to 6:00 PM, which offers full-day child care for children ages 3-6, before-
& after-school programs with 2-5 day
options, and a morning preschool with 2-day, 3-day, and 5-day options;
school-age child care is also available.
