Includes a Child Care Checklist, to help parents evaluate a prospective child-care program when looking for day care. Available by mail order (check or money order, payable to ParentLink Info. Services) for $24.95*, including tax and mailing (paper copy) or $17.95, including tax and mailing (2-set computer diskettes). Customers who supply their email address will also receive their order electronically (as attached Word files) at no extra cost. Notice - Mailing Policy: Booklets are mailed, generally by first-class mail, generally within 24-48 hours of receiving an order, through the Postal Service (correct postage is figured and envelopes are mailed at the nearest mailbox). Spiral-Bound Books (entire Child Care Connections & entire School's In-Chicago) are mailed 4th class special - Book Rate, and will have a dated postal receipt and confirmation slip for the mailing. ParentLink does not routinely track items mailed, due to the expense involved (but can send your order certified, return-receipt requested, at your expense, $3.00 extra). We will email anyone who provides an email address with the date the order was mailed, and put in a tracking request if your order doesn't arrive within 5-7 days from when it was sent, or as per post office policy (upon notification from the customer). If your order doesn't arrive within 14 days of the tracking request, a replacement will be mailed. We ask any purchasers through PayPal to allow this process before making a chargeback due to non-receipt of materials ordered.
